아무리 생각해도 게을러빠진 캠페인구성이 가장 큰 단점입니다. 몇몇은 좋아할지도모릅니다. 제가 맨오브워에 반했던 이유는 정말 재밌는 싱글캠페인때문이었거든요. 하지만 어설트스쿼드는 기존의 맨오브워보다는 COH를 의식한 모양새를 보여줍니다. 왜냐하면 기본적으로 캠페인이 AI 대전하는것과 다를바가 없기때문입니다. 항상 동일한 미션방식들은 맨오브워1과 베트남에 비해서 경쟁력이 떨어집니다. 그런 이유로 저는 맨오브워 시리즈를 크게 오리지날 맨오브워1 시리즈와 어설트스쿼드 시리즈는 별개의 시리즈로 인식하고 있습니다. 놀랍게도 전략게임치고 AI스커미시 기능은 없습니다. 맨오브워1부터 그래왔듯이요. 하지만 시리즈를 거듭하며 개선되어야하지 않겠습니까? 그래서 그 어느 전략게임이나 늘 있어왔던 스커미시를 하려면 에어본 dlc를 구입해야하죠. 무엇보다 어설트스쿼드2는 어설트스쿼드1과 다를바가 없습니다. 맨오브워 시리즈는 지금껏 테마를 살살 바꿔가며 몇개의 확장팩을 내놓았지만 그래픽만 조금씩 향상된다 뿐, 기본적인 게임UI와 플레이 매커니즘은 이 게임의 시초격인 페이스오브워 부터 주욱 같습니다. 게임스파이가 문닫으면서 어설트스쿼드1까지의 모든 시리즈의 멀티가 불가능해지자 어설트스쿼드2라는 타이틀을 달고 멀티와 워크샵지원을 이유로 새로운 게임처럼 잘 포장된것입니다. 만약 COH같은 멀티 위주의 게임을 생각한다면 좋은 선택이지만 이전의 맨오브워, 혹은 그냥 시리즈를 처음접하지만 대전보단 싱글플레이에 집중하고싶다면 맨오브워1을 하는것을 추천합니다.
